This website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). ("Intikart", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use (“Terms”), including our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

Use of our Platform is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old or are using the services under parental or guardian supervision. By using the Platform, you affirm that you meet these criteria.

Intikart provides interior design solutions and execution services based on user inputs and preferences. All quotes and service commitments are subject to feasibility, scope agreement, and payment completion.

4. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is indicative and may vary depending on customization. Final charges are shared in the project proposal. Payments must be made as per agreed milestones. Delays may lead to suspension of service or cancellation of the project.

5. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation policies are defined in your project agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with agreed terms. Certain expenses, such as third-party charges, may be non-refundable.

6. Warranty and Service Commitment

Warranties on products or installations will be as per the manufacturer or service provider’s terms. Intikart does not provide warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in the service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including visuals, text, and software, is the property of Intikart or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material without written permission.

8. User Conduct

Users shall not post or share any offensive, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content on the Platform. Any misuse may lead to termination of access and legal action.

9. Communication Consent

By using our services, you consent to receiving updates via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone, including promotional communications. You can opt out at any time by updating your preferences or contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Platform or services. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.

11. Force Majeure

Intikart shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies your acceptance. Please review this page regularly.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
